In 2006, Hambisana introduced an internship program to assist aspiring IT students and graduates to start off their careers in the ICT industry. Our 6-month internship program has proven to be successful over the years as it has recruited and trained numerous career driven individuals to date, this has led to some of our interns being placed into Executive ICT positions. Working at Hambisana means you’ll get to interact with talented professionals where you will be challenged to solve difficult problems and think in new and creative ways. Along the way, you may also make some new friends and enjoy opportunities where you will be able to put your greatest assets to use while gaining fundamental skills and knowledge.

Each intern is given an opportunity to explore their careers while being mentored by one of our industry professionals. Our internship program is an enriching and empowering platform which we believe gives our youth an opportunity to kick-start their careers in order for them to further develop their personal and professional goals.
